To order Navigator for your end users:
1) CTAs or AAs need to send orders directly to gocbilling@telus.com. For single requests, include Name, Blackberry phone
number, BAN #, and Feature to be added. For multiple requests, use our Bulk Order Form, available on the Navigator web
page.
2) As soon as TELUS Billing receives the Navigator request, TELUS will process the order and send an email to CTAs to notify
their BES administrators to launch the Navigator application to the new subscribers.
3) New subscribers will then receive a request to launch the application on their device.
