TELUS is pleased to announce the launch of Visual Voice Mail to the Government of Canada.
For only $7.50/month for Government of Canada subscribers, Visual Voice Mail converts your voice mail messages into text and sends them to your mobile device within minutes via email and/or text message. TELUS is the first carrier in Canada to offer voice-to-text conversion via email and the first to offer it through the Government of Canada's Wireless Contract.

TELUS Visual Voice Mail converts your voice mail messages to text and delivers them straight to you as a text message or email within minutes. The converted message will include the phone number of the caller embedded in the text.

CTAs/AAs
To order Visual Voice Mail for your end users:
- CTAs or AAs need to send orders directly to gocbilling@telus.com. For single requests, include: Name, Blackberry phone number, BAN #, the application they'd like, and Department. For multiple requests, use our Bulk Order Form, available on the Visual Voice Mail web page.
- As soon as TELUS Billing receives the Visual Voice Mail request, TELUS will process the order and the Visual Voice Mail will be added to their device.
